Dear Mr. Scoop,
I regret to inform you that "All Save One" will no longer be promoted by this label. As your manager for the last 5 years I feel I have done everything in my power to promote the band, but the public simply does not seem to be interested.
Additionally, your behavior in the past few years has become inexcuseable. Neither I nor the label appreciate the threatening letters you have sent us, your outbursts over the phone, or your inability to show up to the concerts we have worked so hard to setup for you.
Perhaps if you spent more time on your music and less time drinking, riding motorcycles, chasing women, etc. then you and your band could have gone somewhere. But this, my friend, is the end. You have been found in violation of Section 3 Article 17 of your contract, and as of today it has been terminated.
Please find below a list of your past releases the label will continue to sell on a request only basis. You will still receive your usual 2% on any future sales.
